These beautiful fused glass pendants are designed and created by Penny Luther, a skilled and multi-talented artisan from Hamilton, Montana. Penny began her artistic career by painting in oils with Nevin Kempthorne in San Francisco in the 1960's. In 1968 she moved to the Bitterroot Valley of Montana and continued her artistic pursuits there, focusing primarily on china painting and pottery for over 20 years.

Then the world of art glass captured her imagination and she started creating lampwork beads in 1997 and moved on to fused glass pendants and kiln fused glass jewelry 5 years ago. In addition to glass art Penny also works with fiber arts, doing everything from weaving to hand spinning and dyeing. She has been married for 52 years and has 3 children and 6 grandchildren. She is truly an amazing person as well as a talented artisan and I'm very pleased to be able to offer her fused glass jewelry on the web for the first time!

Each pendant is made to order and carefully kiln annealed for strength. All bails are made of the finest quality sterling silver.
