What Are Your Shipping Costs?

There aren't any! Yes, that's right...every item you select from the Blue Moon Artisans web site includes FREE SHIPPING! We're tired of shopping on the web and placing an order only to find out it will cost us an additional $10 or $20 in hidden shipping and handling fees. So we decided to do things a little differently here. The price you see is the price you pay. No tax, no shipping fees, no handling fees, no exceptions!

Where Do You Ship?

We ship all over the world at no extra charge. All orders are sent via either USPS Priority Mail or Global Priority Mail.

How Long Will It Take To Complete My Order?

Your order will be shipped within 7 business days and usually much sooner. Since each item is individually handcrafted and not mass-produced, the item you select may or may not be in stock at the time of your order. If it is in stock we will ship it off to you immediately. If it isn't, the artisan will craft and send your order to you within 7 business days. If for some reason you are in a rush to receive your item please contact us and let us know when you'd like your order to arrive and we will do everything possible to speed it to you as quickly as possible!

How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?

Airmail to most United States destinations takes an average of 2 to 3 days from the shipping date to arrive at your door. Most orders will arrive in less than 7 days from your order date. Shipping time to overseas destinations can vary widely. Please allow up to an extra week depending on your location.
